One of my favorite vintage staples is the classic army green shirts and field jackets from the 1940s to the 1990s. It may be the drab olive green color or the rugged worn-in look, but these shirts and jackets always give off a casual vibe. Depending on your style, a print jumpsuit can be overwhelming or your go to for an easy outfit. I personally like them because of the convenience, but also because they can be surprisingly versatile.
I recently found this tropical jumpsuit and I can't get over the cheesy (but equally amazing) print. It looks great with neutrals (like a trench or camel coat) but also looks great on its own for the summer time.

M I N I M A L I S T
There has been a new wave in minimalist style lately, and it could not have come at a better time. We are living in a culture of over-consumption and not only is it costing us a fortune, but it is also costing the environment. But living a life of simplicity doesn't mean you have to sacrifice personal style. If anything, minimizing your wardrobe makes life easier and helps you express your style without constantly swapping out your closet.
The key is to have well-fitting, quality basics with your favorite vintage pieces.

Of course, "basics" are relative. If you work in an office, your definition of "basics" will be different than the studio artist down the street. But there are a few essentials that every woman should have in order to make her life simple:

If there is any rule for buying vintage it's buy whatever speaks to you.
